This kulfi is very quick and easy to prepare with very few ingredients compared to the traditional method which is exhausting. Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 14oz tin condensed milk
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 cup mixed nuts ( cashews, pistachios, and almonds ) finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon Taylor & Colledge Lavender Extract
Instructions
- Whip the cream till stiff peaks. Fold in the condensed milk and evaporated milk.
- Add the chopped pistachios, almond flour, and 1/2 teaspoon Taylor & Colledge Lavender Extract. Mix well.
- Gently pour the kulfi mix into cups.
- Keep the cups in the freezer and set them for 7- 8 hours and enjoy!
