Ingredients
11/2 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
11/2 cup chopped mango
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup Lifeway organic cultured kefir, mango flavored
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tbsp cardamom powder
Method:
Preheat the oven to 350f and line a 8” pan with parchment paper
Blend the mangoes with sugar and place it in a bowl. To the purée add the rest of the ingredients and mix well using a whisk. Pour the batter to the prepared baking pan and bake for 25 – 30 mins until done. Let the bake rest completely in the pan before inverting on to the cooling rack.
