That’s a perfect spread of salmon burgers paired with the spicy gochujang mayonnaise and French fries. A perfect summer picnic meal that comes together so quickly and tastes delicious as well. These salmon burgers are served with spicy gochujang mayonnaise made with gochujang paste from @rolandfoods. This Gochujang Paste is grown and imported from South Korea. It is similar to miso paste with a strong umami flavor and the addition of fiery chilies. This flavor adds a spicy kick to the mayonnaise and makes a perfect dip for the salmon burgers. This paste is so versatile and you can use this to prepare Bibimbap chili sauce to coat grilled chicken wings, to top Korean beef tacos, or to add a tangy blast of heat to just about any food. Get creative and have fun cooking with @rolandfoods!
